I worked at Goldman Sachs as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Just normal basic company culture. You have to dress well and behave well. If you are an engineer who has your own schedule , this may be not the right place. But if you like to dress formally and attend meetings and connect with other people, you should consider this place.

Cons

The salary is a bit on the average, can't compare to a tech company.

I worked at Goldman Sachs as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Very flat, open culture. They are not kidding when they say they are committed to diversity. As a white male, I was unique on my team. The managers are excellent and they really give solid training and feedback to help you grow.

    Cons

The compensation is way too low for the name Goldman Sachs. At the same time, the work you do in operations is hardly specialized and can be learned by most anyone.

    Approves of CEO
