Pros

The brand name, presstige, and the career opportunities that comes with it. Goldman is world-known as an industry leader that higher the sharpest and most hard-working graduates

Cons

Easy to say the work hours, but what else can you expect in an industry like this?
However, Goldman is known for keeping a very "lean" organization, meaning that it constantly tends to be under-staffed. Part of this is of course because employees tend to be given attractive offers from other firms

Recommends
Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Goldman Sachs is a unique brand. Everybody is eager to help you no matter how busy they are, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They make an effort so that you get in contact with people from all over the company, not only your team.

    Cons

They use their own proprietary language which makes your skills less portable for other firms. You do not get that much exposure to the core business in Technology.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
