    - The management gets it right more often than wrong
    - Great teamwork and commitment
    - You will be surrounded with talented people
    - The better you perform, the more responsibilities you get

    - Work / Life balance is not as good as other companies
    - Need to put in long hours more often as you get more responsibilities
