I worked at Goldman Sachs full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

The people are very smart and each person is tasked with responsibility at the firm. It's a great place to launch a career as you learn how to deal with the Wall Street corporate culture early

Cons

At times, managers could have clear favorites and could be pretty partial. There's also some amount of politics as in most big companies

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to ensure all employees feel like they're equally valued at the firm as that would bring the best out in the employees
