Pros

Fast paced work and a culture that demands excellence, regardless of how menial the assignment is

Cons

Work / life balance balance leaves a lot to be desired. The culture is much more professional that it is collegial. Underlying tension of competition between analysts.

    They encourage all positive things, include learning, making productive changes, or even internal move.

    Cons

    Working hours are longer than 8 hours a day, usually around 10, some times 12.
