    Pros

super steep learning curve, cut throat capitalistic competition

    Cons

people are really, really shallow. the majority of the company have been hired in the 90's hiring craze and have no intellectual capacity whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

The company is really well managed in the upper echelons. Doesn't really shine through to the lower ranks, though. Especially desk MDs are lack serious management skills, more often than not unable to engage and retain young talent
