I have been working at Goldman Sachs full-time

    Pros

you can make a lot of money here but it is largely tied to your bonus so it is not guaranteed. You will work with a lot of smart people and some not so smart but very well connected...you will need them both.

    Cons

home life can suffer as you will have to put in a great deal of time. Need more transparency into how decisions are being made so that people do not feel shafted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

focus on collaboration and not competition internally.
