A lot of very smart people, interesting projects. You wll have a lot of exposure to various teams. It's quite prestigious to have Goldman Sachs on the resume.

Cons

You will work like a donkey, with no life-work balance, day and night.
The company is 'cheap'-- expect only Lipton in the pantry. A lot of politics, and promotions are very hard to get.

Advice to Senior Management

Understand that employees have a life outsde of work. By offering some outings to employees, or putting a bit of money into outside-office activiies you wil havemuch more satisfied employee.
