The teamwork fostered as a company is extremely effective. Goldman also has a distinct culture that sets it apart from other firms--people enjoy working there and are proud to be with their co-workers.

Cons

Currently, there is a certain amount of stigma facing Goldman and the financial services industry in general. It's tough sometimes to be "disliked" simply because of where you work.
