Pros

Very focused on the success of team, everyone is willing to help out when I had issues. The problems I had to solve was challenging and interesting.

Cons

Too many meetings which got in the way of actual progress of my project at times. Management was too busy at times to reach.

Advice to Senior Management

Most meetings are helpful to align teams but sometimes there are too many of them and they took too much time from actual work time.
