golden times

Vice President (Former Employee) London, England (UK)

Proslong, demanding hours but the quality of the work, the people i've worked with and the pay makes it worthwile. GS is certainly not for everyone but offers superb training and is a good launching pad for future career opportunities

Consthe hours... the hours... the hours... late nights and week ends included. forget lunch unless out with clients and little vacation time if in a position of real responsibility

Advice to Senior Managementmanagement could better interact with the more junior people within the company ... offer more training and mentoring and fill the lower ranks on the decision making process that happens at the top.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
