Chaotic

Principal Software Engineer (Former Employee) Redwood City, CA

ProsFree food in the kitchen

ConsHigh attrition rate
Information hoarding
Highly political power struggles over minor issues

High reliance on outsourcing

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not retain the deadweight nor let them huddle together at the top any longer. Stop laying off the people that are most knowledgable in favor of politics. Good is an intellectual wasteland.
