I worked at Good Technology full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Management seems to really care about employees, has many great programs for educating and informing staff. Worked with many professional, smart people there. Great potential.

    Cons

Company direction seemed to shift often and too much power is in the hands of the Product Managers and Sales--my experience was that they did not want the best product, only what would earn them the next client. Agile process gets in the way by creating a 'put your head down and work to finish the sprint' mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A new CEO may help- the last one, King, was phenomenal about turning the company around, now they need to see what they want to be 'when they grow up'. Their core product is aging and the new ones have been acquired, so will see if they live up to the task.
