Pros

There are some very dedicated individuals that work at Good, and they are a delight to work with.

Cons

There is quite a bit of turnover here, which can be a bit unsettling. This makes it difficult to see consistent upward trends in growth because there's so much restructuring.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It takes time to build loyalty (for both employee and employer), so invest the time in your employees and you'll see greater benefits and returns!
