Salary/Benefits: A- Company Culture: C- Middle Management: start over

Principal Software Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

I have been working at Good Technology full-time for more than a year

Pros: - Exciting and growing technology space (mobile, security) - Great salary/benefits - Snacks and food (although diminishing) - Nice devices/laptops provided - Easy… Cons: - Poor hiring choices in many cases - Lots of strong performers quit due to being annoyed by C players - Product management has vision but lacks… Advice to Senior Management: Respect people. Educate yourselves on what successful companies do to have… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
