Pros

Great, creative, collaborative environment. Everyone from the interns to Directors are smart passionate people with a singular focus on doing great work.

Cons

My experience was at the Detroit office: The down side was that we never had an opportunity to get the "machine" together before the office closed up. It was a whirlwind, servicing only one client, then picking up that companies global responsibilities, then the work shifting to another agency. There was a lot of time spend on "figuring it out as we go" as far as structure. That left things a bit unorganized at times, but everyone was focused on figuring it out and getting it done.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reopen the Detroit office! There is a lot of people that would love to get back on board.

I have been working at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners full-time

    Pros

    Fun atmosphere with great benefits

    Cons

Too many high level people with inflated salaries and egos. Zero communication or policies so people are left to their own devices. Too political. Gone way too corporate and try to pretend they are still a boutique agency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better communication. Better training. Get rid of people who are not doing their job and reward ones more that are.

    No opinion of CEO
