    Pros

The engineers within NS&T are great folks to work with.
Historical organizational and financial growth, but....

    Cons

Unless you're upper management, you won't see any of it.
One can only listen to so many mgmt pep rallys about all of the promise / growth / opportunity at this company before becoming disillusioned when nothing happens. Too many instances of this to mention.
No attempts to pay fairly or uniformly across the Engineering organization, despite several explicit talks from mgmt to do exactly that.
    Benefits package is quite expensive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop promising your employees anything. They'll believe your actions.

    Pros

IT department is still located in America.

    Cons

Senior Leadership and Management have no communication or tact. No ability or desire to retain quality employees. Disorganized top levels who are more focused on their own worth than that of the company or it's employees. Touted as a family friendly work environment, but they leave you little time to spend with your families, and they won't think twice about throwing you under the bus if you get ill.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you promise something, keep your word.
