Pros

There are some good people in other groups that understand their job and how to contribute to the overall sucess of the company.

Cons

To many unqualified people with "manager" in their title that are unorganized, unprepared and don't have a clue how to manage people. There is no reason why these unqualified people are put into these positions with no formal experience or training. The program I'm in is completely disorganized with no planning or proper management of any kind.

Advice to Management

If they don't know by now, they never will, or they just don't care.

    Pros

Some of the most dedicated professionals you will work with. To survive the environment, this is a required network.

    Cons

Excessive turnover at the senior leadership levels creates instability throughout the organization, low merit increases, regular reduction in workforce.

    Advice to Management

Trust needs to be evidenced by behavior and actions.
