Current Employee – been working at Goodwill full-time for more than a year

Pros – The customers and some of the staff in general are great. It's a close nit family.

Cons – all that really matters is making budget each month.

Advice to Senior Management – take into consideration on your employees. They help you out in terms of making money.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
