    Wonderful concept
    Helping people
    Very satisfying, meeting lots of interesting people

    Very unorganized
    Concept of stores is different with each store
    Too many hours from SM

    Advice to Management

    Organize each store as if it to be reviewed by the CEO always, not before ;)

    Pros

    Their mission of putting people to work. The customers and assisting people to find what they need. Noble mission and do a lot of good for the community.

    Cons

    Do not value employees. Inability to move up in most cases. Education is useless. Treatment of average employees by store managers can be difficult and unsatisfactory. Although not advertised, the bottom line is more important than employees. Health benefits are discount insurance only, no sick leave offered but do earn personal time off. Beginning salary is a little better than minimum wage with quarter per hour raises annually depending upon performance. Job Job is not

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees more. Offer career paths to move up in the organization based on such factors as performance, interests, and education. Offer full medical and not discount insurance. When making budget, then employees should also receive bonuses and not just managers. Better treatment is needed.
