    Pros

    Some of the best parts of the company include: Mission is fabulous. Wonderful co-workers. Competitive salary. Comprehensive benefits. Commitment to development of team members.

    Cons

    As is the case with so many non-profits, resource constraints are challenging. Investments need to be made in systems and staffing levels.

    People here are great to work with, and usually work with my school schedule

    Cons

    Low pay, no benefits, and a maximum of 25 hours of work in a week for me, even in the summer when I no longer had school.
