    Pros

Get to support a great mission. Your work does help someone down the line.

    Cons

Leadership team cares about only the Leadership team.
Serious lack of accountability for ANY member of management besides those easy to terminate.
Promises promises...that is all they do. There is a difference between that and follow through.

    Advice to Management

Realize that it is those behind the scenes that make sure you look as good as you do.

    Pros

There is nothing decent nor kind to say about Goodwill industries of Denver.

    Cons

I'll list them because like legion there are many:

1.Donation attendants do everything from hauling furniture to training the newcomers and get no respect nor recognition for their efforts

2.extremely low pay for the work demanded.

3.management has no idea what peak hours/day means and will only schedule up to four people to handle weekend after sale days.

4.trucking seems to be unmanaged and does whatever it wants and only seems to come on time if a district manager gets on the phone.

5.don't expect any advancement whatsoever if you are not a manager.

    6."raises" do not exist.

    Advice to Management

Some recognition for the work employees give would be nice.

A wage increase would also do wonders to not only get the company off the human rights watch but also maybe decrease the turnover rate.

Treat your employees like adults instead of thieving teenagers.
