If you're older than 25, don't bother

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Fort Smith, AR

ProsDecent pay for call center work and the benefits were good.

ConsThere is zero value placed on you as an hourly employee. If you were over 25 and a male, be prepared to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, and if you wanted advancement you might get to be a supervisor on third shift.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't promote people based on seniority and then say seniority has no bearing on the shift you have to work. Also, nepotism, in this case hiring and promoting the children of Wingfoot Commercial Tire Home Office employees. Seriously bad for morale.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
