    Pros

Global company with a rich history of product and heritage. Continue to strive for innovation.

    Cons

Disappointed with what policies state and what really happens. Political. If you get in a great group of people it is really rewarding, if you get in the wrong tower of authority you may as well leave. Glass ceilings.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the original founder's principles for the company and build the ranks according to those values.
