I worked at Goodyear full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-good atmosphere -not too pushy sales -flexible with scheduling

    Cons

-uncompetitive pay -very small raises -not too much farther to go then becoming a manager. -Highest prices inthe market

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more competitively and start pricing your tires so they aren't the most expensive option on the market. Offer employees some more incentive to go further with the company by offering better commission incentives rather than constantly finding ways to pay your employees less.
