“Google cares about their employees”
I have been working at Google full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Lots of perks and great work life balance! Google really cares about their employees and their products and it shows. It's great to be a part of such amazing innovation, and having the opportunity to work with such great minds.
Cons – Sometimes you feel like a very small fish in a big sea. Promotion process isn't the best. I've seen a number of people receive promotions who definitely didn't deserve it, while others who do, get passed over.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!
