“Dream company”
Current Employee – been working at Google full-time for less than a year
Pros – awesome benefits, great salary, options, everyone's nice, intellectual, free food, very casual
Cons – Being such a world renown company, each dept is very restrictive of allowing external access. It's a bit difficult to get cross-departmental collaboration in general.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
