I have been working at Google full-time for less than a year

Pros – Take good care of their employees, invest in career path, lots of interesting things to learn outside your field.

Cons – not many cons, maybe that it's a big company and moving up the ladders is hard, but even for a big company it does very well to manage solidarity.

Advice to Senior Management – keep it up!
