Current Employee – been working at Google full-time for less than a year

Pros – I doubt there is a company that treats any of their employees as well as Google does. As an employee you really feel like the company shares wealth among all their employees. The work you do here is high impact and they're very open to letting you figure out new ways to do things.

Cons – The company is growing so fast that it is starting to show signs of a more corporate environment that is bridled by bureaucracy.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to share the wealth among your employees.
