“Very inconsistent.”
I worked at Gordmans
Pros – Company is growing and is looking for associates.
Cons – Little if any store autonomy. Rigid and in several cases unrealistic standards.
Advice to Senior Management – I recommend to always get to the root of a problem, often times the blame if not researched thoroughly falls on the wrong people.
