Poor leadership

ProsFair salaries, very good benefits, dedicated and very smart staff.

ConsPoor leadership. Only interested on whether they can make an impact on the organization, not the work. Do not care about the employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop playing favoritism and reward and hire those that can do the job, not your friends or those who can talk a good game but not produce. Stop wasting money on consultants.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
