    Pros

There used to one pro to working here and that was a fair pension when you retired, but the Redford government is gutting employee pensions so that's gone.

    Cons

Disrespectful, vindictive, illegal, underhanded, shameful treatment by the employer. The employer bargains in bad faith and then imposes, by illegal legislation, a wage freeze when it appears that binding arbitration might give workers a fair deal. Massive self-granted raises to MLAs, but nothing for front line staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Read the Charter of Rights.
