management does not listen to employees, only vendors
management openly lies to the employees
other divisions sabotage each other
the communication isn't poor, it's nonexistent
governmentium paralysis - nothing can get done until all the paper work is completed which is literally month
every 15 minutes of time must be accounted for
there are no promotions. ever. as per human resources. and it's just this ministry.
the only planning that is truly done is done in reaction to something else

Advice to Senior Management

I'd say more communication would be a good place to start. Try honestly engaging us. Try being honest with yourself - we do a better and cheaper job for Albertans than any outsourcer has done. Man up and admit it.
