Governor Animal Clinic – “Terrible Management”

Pros

The doctors practive top-notch veterinary medicine. They are very current in their methods and willingly share this knowlege with the staff. The non-owning doctors are particularly enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The lead supervisors are terribly disorganized, show blatent favoritism, and offer very little to no constructive feed-back. Pay rate is low, with raises far below the inflation rate. While the pet benefit (employee price for services) seems generous, unless you have many/older pets, the benefit is nearly useless. Turn-over/firing rate is the highest I've ever seen.

Advice to Senior Management

The owning doctors need to take a look at improving senior management, instead of placing the blame on and clearing the clinic of new hires.
