    Pros

Room for advancement. I believe the company was started for the right reasons.

    Cons

We were told that if something was going on that needed to be reported that we could call Grace and they would investigate it. It was never really investigated but instead they told my DON so that she could change charting and remove documents so we wouldn't get in trouble when investigators came. Accept responsibility for mistakes and maybe they won't happen again. They seem to be in the habit of letting all the management people go that actually helped us to keep ones that won't return calls and when they do are super rude. How can we be responsible for changes in computer documentation when the people that work in that department don't even know what they are talking about or are rude when they talk to you. It's pretty bad when we would rather not know how to do something because we don't want to be made to feel like an idiot

    Advice to Management

Keep good employees because they are good not because they are your friends, actually listen to employees that call because some are calling in because people are actually not being taken care of and they have noone else to call but you.
