I have been working at GradStaff full-time (less than a year)

Pros

GradStaff provided me with a position that I would not have gotten on my own. I still needed to interview with the specific company, but it gave me an in that I would have never had on my own. GradStaff also had check-ups with my employer and were able to give me feedback every two months.

Cons

GradStaff made about 40% of my paycheck and I made 60% (I know they got me the interview, and worked a lot with the company, so it makes sense, but it seems like a lot).

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't up-sell a position or the potential for hire.

    Pros

Gradstaff is a liar. Interviewer provides false advertisements and expectations.

    Cons

Gradstaff provides unpromising expectations when hired. Interviewer promises a smooth transition from temporary to permanent after 2-3 months from the date hired. 7 months later I am still waiting to become permanent even though I completed my required hours within the first 3 months. I do not recommend this staffing agency to anyone seeking employment.

I am very sorry you had a negative experience with GradStaff. The majority of our positions are filled using an Evaluation-To-Hire period that generally lasts about 4 months. At the end of the ... More
