    I have been working at Grady Health System as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    You can learn a lot about the dealings of a trauma center such as Grady, along with the understanding of how their earnings ratio is achieved due to such a high level of low income patients.

    Cons

    Grady has a lot of temporary employees and I feel a companys advantage in their employees is in how much one care about the company in which one works, the job becomes a home away from home and will be treated with care.

    Build serious financial structure within your companies base line this includes you financial services office as well as patient relations
