Cons

I don't mind the long summer hours, but some do. Graebel tends to be understaffed in the summer. Also, the company may spend a little too much time and money trying to make the end result perfect. Not the worst problem to have.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to make the employees feel more appreciated in the summer months. Most are being asked to do twice as much in the same amount of time. A little more positive reinforcement can go a long way.
