I have been working at Graebel full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Excellent career growth potential. The company takes time to invest in their employees. Competitive pay and benefits. Telecommuting options for some positions, definitely a perk. Full gym onsite. Opportunities to work overseas are available.

Cons

Corporate location is pretty far from the city. Operations runs very lean, which can lead to working a lot of hours with many different hats. A small handful of entrenched, long-term senior leaders can be difficult to convince with new ideas.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider a mentorship program to help develop the next crop of executive leaders.

I have been working at Graebel full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There's so much opportunity for advancement here, and the company culture in most departments is very laid-back and inclusive. There are many employees who have very long tenures. That's something you don't see much anymore! It's a family-owned company, and that makes for a much more flexible environment.

    Cons

Some departments at Graebel tend to be pretty siloed, but that's changing. The senior leadership team works very hard and has high expectations to match. If you come to work here, you show up to play. And if you do, you'll be noticed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider remote employment options in all departments.
