Pros

very flexible with scheduling, good place to work as a teenager for a first or second job. not very grueling work and employees were fun to work with.

Cons

weather plays a big part in determining how busy you will be. so that varies day to day and there are times when you can be short staffed. but if you have a good, hard working team it won't be an issue.

Advice to Senior Management

i would advise that you offer more opportunities for employees to earn raises to keep the morale up and to make sure that they know they are appreciated when they are doing a good job.
