Pros

Excellent benefit package (small cost to employees, mostly paid by company). Interview process involves a lot of testing. Nice working environment, good location in CC Philadelphia.

Cons

Not really a con, but you must fit into the culture. Pride themselves on things being done The Graham way and if you can't produce the quality work expected (mistakes not tolerated) you won't be there long.
