“It's a decent place to work, they strive for safety and quality, not a bad place to work.”
I have been working at Graham Packaging full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Decent wages, very safety driven
Cons – Working too lean, cut backs and money crunching in some of the wrong areas.
Advice to Senior Management – Lean is a good thing however too lean can be damaging.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
