Grand Canyon has a lot of potential but between broken policies and incompetent management, I would not recommend it.

I have been working at Grand Canyon University

    Pros

Pay for your education. Experience in the educational field. You get to help people accomplish one of the greatest things that they will ever complete in their life.

    Cons

Incompetent senior leadership. Very little chance for promotion. Communication throughout the levels of leadership is very poor. Employees are often given more work than they are able to complete with very little approved overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Understand how things work for the front-line employees before you completely change policies that effect them. Allow more overtime so that all of the required goals may be met.
