Future employees beware this company is a terror to work for

    I worked at Grand Circle

    Pros

The possibility of cheaper travel is a perk.

    Cons

This company is so backwards it's almost comical. They couldn't care less about their employees and any worker will tell you that the way of evaluating your work is completely unfair. Unless callers rate your services as excellent everytime, your numbers will drop and you will be out. This company loves playing favorites and many times this means that those above you are unqualified and on some power trip or another. Beyond that the departments are very segmented and communication between them is difficult. They paint a rosy picture of their company but as a company based on mail service this is a sinking ship. There's a reason the US post office is on the verge of bankruptcy and the next generation of the 50 plus set have been raised self sufficient and technologically mobile. They won't be looking for a mail order travel service they will be booking their own trips themselves online. So if you want to work for a company that uses threats of unemployment to "motivate" you, this is the place for you.
