-Work is easy, basically consists of helping the sales managers perform their duties.

-Get a $250 bonus if you help sell a home.

Cons

-Paycheck is bimonthly and you are responsible for getting your hours faxed to the corporate office so if they don't get in they don't pay you until the next pay period. They consistently loose time sheets...

-long commutes to different subdivisions (about 30min)... so you spend a lot on gas

-They only give you 32 hours a week.

-No health insurance for sales assistants
