I have been working at Grand Rapids Public Schools part-time for more than 3 years

Prossome really great committed people work here and despite what you hear the kids can be really great too

ConsHR is a mess it takes them forever to get things done and the process for new employees is really vague. There is very little information relayed to you before you start working

Advice to Senior Managementhave some consistency in HR and try to make rates for new parapros more competitive (especially the bilingual ones).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

There is a… Advice to Senior Management: Get rid of the superintendent, he is incompetent. Hire management from within, not those who have no experience in the district.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
