“Great at first, getting worse every day”
Former Employee – worked at Grand & Toy
Pros – overall there are a lot of people who care about the company because they are "lifers"
Cons – the senior leadership has totally lost sight of their path. they launched a strategy without a plan... no communication. This is very old school and not fun anymore.
Advice to Senior Management – please get overhauled. many of you are great leaders but your ability to lead has been overshadowed by too many things... what happened?
