Grande Communications – “Company worth looking at.”

Pros

Grande offers a great work environment. great product and market. Autonomy to do your job and make decisions to get a deal done. Good systems for tracking and order flow. relatively flat management hierarchy so decisions can be made quickly. Great people to work with in all departments.

Cons

as a smaller company, I am not sure if I couldn't be making more money at another company. The company is somewhat cash constrained which hinders ability to spend cap-ex and grow the business aggressively. They are paying the bills and do have money to conduct business, but aggressive growth is not possible.

Advice to Senior Management

2008 was an anxious year, for employees. Communicate more often about how things are proceeding.
