- There are many really smart and dedicated folks to work with.
- Your co-workers quickly become like family... the good kind, that you enjoy visiting often.
- You are given a great deal of freedom and responsibility in getting your work done.
- Very flexible working conditions for many jobs make you almost forget most of the downsides.

Cons

- Smaller company in a sea of giants.
- Resources are limited and you must make every dollar stretch.
- Not a great deal of room to grow.

Advice to Senior Management

I'm satisfied with most Senior Management. There are a few that consistently underwhelm me and I'd like to see go, but most have performed well most of the time since Roy got here.
