    Pros

I worked at Grande before it was bought out by another larger company, ( I forget the name now), but at the time it was a great company to work for that made an effort to make you feel part of the Grande family. I am not sure if this atmosphere has changed since I have left.

    Cons

The Inside sales rep position took all calls, including billing issues and any other issues a customer has and was expected to turn those calls into sales. Customers would understandably get annoyed when they would call do pay their bill and be pestered with numerous sales promotions.

    Advice to Management

I think this has already done, but separate customer service/billing and sales so the customers who just need to adjust their account are being battered with offers and promotions that they do not want every time they call.

    Pros

Great co-workers that are passionate about what they do
    Decent pay and good benefits
In a smaller company you have the ability to make a difference instead of being caught in a corporate loop of nothingness

    Cons

New owners brought in a group of "managers" that are systematically destroying the culture
No communication from new upper management to the front line

    Advice to Management

Wake up and realize that people want to be lead in a positive way, given clear direction and they are NOT getting it from the top. Middle management is doing their best but a little from the top goes a long way.
