I worked at Grande Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Management was flexible with schedule, work with you most of the time. Good company values, and opportunity to grow in position.

    Cons

A LOT of office politics, seemed hard as to who to trust. a lot of visible favoritism among mangers. Very stressful if you were not in the "in" group

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be fair to all, don't be selective in applying policies only against certain people. Don't play favorites among employees
